To begin visualizing and addressing systemic equity issues, WCEE created a County-wide map. The map illuminates how community assets in Whatcom County are distributed. The school symbols indicate the average number of ESE programs a student receives each year from ESE organizations.
On average, students in Bellingham, and in Elementary Schools, experience the most programs per grade compared to the rest of the County.
